Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
For Cascadify stainless steel cascade waterfall outlets and water feature products.
Please inspect your product carefully when it arrives. Waterfall outlets are installation products, so returns are handled based on condition, damage, wrong item delivery, and installation status.
Returns and Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests if the product received is damaged in transit, defective, or different from the item ordered. The request should be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the parcel, product, and issue.
Non-returnable Cases
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, cut, drilled, welded, scratched, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
- Custom or specially requested waterfall outlet sizes or finishes, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
Shipping Damage
If the package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video before opening. This helps us resolve courier damage claims faster.
