Before You Begin
A luxury waterfall finish starts before the blade touches the wall. Confirm the wall strength, tank return, pump output and service access first, then install with a level line and waterproof detailing.
Keep measuring tape, marker, spirit level, cutter, plumbing fittings, waterproof sealant, pipe clamps and a clean cloth ready before opening the wall.
Plan the exact height, center line, pipe route and return-water path so the outlet sits flush and the finished wall looks intentional.
The waterfall lip must be perfectly horizontal. A slight tilt can break the sheet and make the flow look uneven.
Video Installation Steps
Watch each stage in sequence. The goal is a clean wall opening, stress-free plumbing, tight waterproofing and a smooth curtain of water from edge to edge.
Mark The Outlet Position
Set the visual line of the feature. Mark the center, final height and blade width so the outlet becomes the focal point of the wall.
- Use a level across the full outlet width.
- Keep space behind the wall for service access.
- Mark a clean opening before any cutting starts.
Prepare The Plumbing Channel
Build the hidden water line with a steady feed from the pump. The pipe should reach the outlet without forcing or twisting the body.
- Match pipe size to the selected outlet width.
- Avoid sharp bends near the inlet.
- Dry-fit everything before sealing the wall.
Set And Seal The Stainless Blade
Place the outlet flush into the opening, then lock the edges with waterproof-grade sealant for a clean, luxury wall finish.
- Check level again after the final fit.
- Seal around the outlet edges carefully.
- Keep adhesive away from the water slit.
Tune The Water Curtain
Run the pump and tune the pressure until the cascade falls as one smooth sheet. This is where the installation becomes a premium display.
- Start flow low, then increase gradually.
- Inspect every joint for leakage.
- Clean the blade lip before final handover.
